Floor Plans

Hopkins Village Apartments is currently accepting applications for our Project Based Section 8,  2 bedroom Waitlist through May 31, 2025. To apply, click on the  2 bedroom PBS8 floor plan below and then 'Availability'. You will now be able to select the 'Add to Waitlist' button and complete the application.  All applications must be completed and submitted by May 31, 2025 to be added to our  2 br PBS8 waitlist.

At Hopkins Village Apartments, qualified residents pay approximately 30% of their gross monthly income  for rent, which can not exceed the total contract rent for Project Based Section 8 units only.  Other income restrictions apply.
